Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to access and purchase from this site. We use an age gate for compliance, and purchases made by users who bypass it are their sole responsibility.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, but not to states where THCA is currently restricted. These include: Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Hawaii, Oregon, Vermont, Utah, South Dakota, Alaska, Minnesota, Oregon, North Dakota, Montana, Nevada, Delaware, and Rhode Island. Shipping availability is automatically checked at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed for shipment within 1–2 business days. However, the delivery times may vary based on the shipping method paid for the order, location, carrier delays, and weather conditions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. For orders placed after creating and logging into your account, you should be able to track your order on your account dashboard. Otherwise, you can track the order through the Track Order page found in our navigation.

Are your products legal?
All our products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, THCA laws vary by state, and we do not ship to restricted areas.
Are your products lab tested?
Absolutely. Every product we sell comes with a verified lab report. You can view them on the Lab Results page.
Are your products organic or pesticide-free?
We work with growers who follow clean cultivation practices. While we don’t claim full organic certification, all products are third-party tested for purity and safety.
Can I use your products for medical purposes?
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider before using cannabis products for health reasons.
